We are a collaborative fiction writing website that is centered around internet horror. The website has many influences such as SCP, creepypastas, analog horror, the backrooms, cryptids, and more!
The basic lore is that a group of people on the internet started attempting to make a catalogue of anomalous phenomenon. This sets us apart from other projects such as SCP as the organization that runs the fictional database is not a massive group with great power, but just some people on the internet. Not all articles however are canonically written by this group...
Important Note
The central thesis of our website is in the name, "Unexplained Mysteries". While writings on this website can have lore to them, many aspects of their existence should remain unknown. This sets us apart from many other collaborative fiction projects.
